About
You deal with us,not a chain.
Onore Real Estate is a firm based in San Miguel de Allende. We handle sales and rentals of houses, apartments, commercial space, land and ranches, across the city and the surrounding countryside.
We're not a franchise or a portal. When you write, you reach the person handling the property — which means same-day answers and real room to negotiate, because there aren't three people in between waiting for their cut.
We work in English and Spanish, every day. A good share of the people buying here come from abroad and need to understand how a Mexican transaction works before committing. That conversation is part of the job, not an extra.
How we work
- 01
You write
On WhatsApp or by phone, with the reference code. We answer at any hour.
- 02
We view the property
We book the viewing whenever suits you. There are no office hours to work around.
- 03
We negotiate
If the number doesn't work, we take it to the owner. There's almost always room.
- 04
We close before a notary
The notario público confirms the requirements for your case and formalises the transaction.
Shall we start with what you're after?
